Hi, my name is Stan Dunlap and I want to thank you for visiting my site. I hope you enjoy the photography and if I am honest purchase some for your home, business, etc. A little about me since this is the “About” section, I have been married for 42 years to the girl that started all this. You see I graduated from college with a Business degree and went in to accounting. Several years later I met my to be wife and confessed to her that in my last semester of college I took a photography class and loved it. However, since I was a broke college graduate I could not afford a camera or the film (yes I said film). She remember that and as a wedding gift she gave me a wonderful surprise, a Nikon 35mm camera. My second love affair, to my wife began that day.

Have you ever looked at something and been in awe, breathless, and then this desire to share what you are looking at with someone comes over you. But words fail to describe the beauty or wonder of the subject you have just seen. That is what photography does for me, it is my attempt to create something that tells the viewer a story about a place or thing that I can not articulate. It has been that way for over 40 years, and it never gets old. In viewing the photographs you will see by the titles how they make me feel or the story that I am trying to convey.
